🟢 1. Return and Refund Policy

At Greybeards Stuff, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns:

• You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Please contact us before returning an item so we can issue return instructions.

Non-returnable items:
Certain products can’t be returned, including:

• Digital downloads

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made items

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email resurrexitsplendor@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.

Return Shipping:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
